The vision of our church is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus. Leadership Team: Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

   First Lady Maxwell

Lady Loretha Maxwell the admired and beloved First Lady of the Center Ridge Missionary Baptist Church located in Little Rock, Arkansas and she is the wife of Senior Pastor, Randy S. Maxwell. Lady Loretha credits her success of being able to balance the role of wife, mother and business owner to her personal relationship with Jesus Christ, she is the mother of two children – Travis and Camisha Maxwell.  Lady Loretha is also the Owner and operator of Nailwerks located in Jacksonville, Arkansas.  Lady Maxwell is a lover of decorating, she loves making things beautiful and like most women…. she loves shopping. Lady Maxwell is not known for speaking much and many people reference her quiet spirit; but she has realized over the years that God has given her great wisdom and incredible in-sight in her quietness. In 1 Peter 3, it talks about not allowing yourself to get caught up in the outward appearance of things, because many of us can look “the part” and talk “the part” but when you closely examine, we have been found lacking.  Lady Maxwell’s heart is moved by what the second portion of that verse says: “ “but let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious.” 1 Peter 3:3-4
